It does not go like, "Hey. You know what. I'm 20 years old. I think I'll be bisexual for a while." No. It's something you realize about yourself. Some people don't realize things about themselves for a very long time. It's not like you hit adulthood and immediately YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE and everything else has to be a decision to change. People are much,much more complicated than that.

I did not "decide" to become a bisexual. That offensive to say. You decide what kind of sandwich you're bringing to work. You "come out" as gay.
