1. Rufus - Best FF villain, bar none.
2. Sephiroth I guess, I'm already running out of good villains
3. Vayne - I didn't actually like the XII story, but I thought if they had focused on Vayne more, he could have been an excellent villain. I just don't think they handled him very well.
