So, have you ever wanted to talk to someone and get to know that person but then for whatever reasons you did not. The end results with the two of you ended up as strangers to each other!

It can be someone in real life or people in EoFF! Share your experiences here!

If I want to talk to or get to know someone, I usually walk up to him/her (or if it's on a forum/chat I send a msg!) and say 'Hello' and initiate a casual conversation. But I admit I can sometimes be very shy about it.

When it comes to wanting to get to know someone I really like, I'm mostly shy in approaching this person about it.

This is exactly the same for me. Im actually really quiet and dont approach people i dont know...unless a bottle of vodka has been consumed and then im fine to talk to literally everyone in sight

Yeah I always want to talk to people on here more, and actually post more than once a week but I'm too lazy.

I usually always talk to people if I want to. My problem is when I talk to someone, only to find out they have no social skills and are one of those people who talk AT you for ages, and ignore any input you put into the conversation. I am a magnet for those people.

I can be a bit apprehensive -- not necessarily shy, but I will usually communicate with them if I want to. The funny this is I don't mind talking to people who talk too much. I prefer listening. I'm lazy that way.

There was a classmate in high school that I shared a lot of mutual friends with, but I never got to say more than three words at a time because we were both shy so we both seemed really rude and we decided not to talk to each other.

However, there is this guy. I don't know him, and he doesn't know me - but I know he's a mo, and for some reason I've developed this small crush on him. I've only seen him like a couple of times, and I'm too nervous to talk to him. It's ridiculous xD

If I've ever wanted to know someone, then I came to know them. Sometimes I think, "Oh, she's such a badass, I can never think of anything to say to her" or "oh, he's so arrogant but interesting, I can't get a conversation going" but then I always end up talking to the person.
