I end up smiling when I've made someone else smile. Not when I've helped them a lot whilst working and they're happy because of me doing my job but just the small things like seeing someone who looks miserable on the tube and just with something simple like winking at them whilst flashing a brief smile or similar and then they genuinely smile, I always look for their smile in their eyes rather than the mouth because the eyes don't lie. When I've genuinely done something that simple and made someone's day better it's such a feel good factor I won't help but smile all day.
