Different colours are suited for different contexts. I'm a colour whore but I usually just say crimson red when asked my favourite colour, so red's what I voted.

My passion for purple has bordered on insanity. I ate grape jelly when I was kid simply because it was purple. On Christmas and Easter mornings, I knew exactly which basket was mine because it was stuffed with purple awesomeness.
