The creamier, the better! But yes, I guess anyone would feel guilty after eating a whole plate of delicious sin. xD

But like Rye said, food and mood goes hand in hand. To let your emotions control your eating habits, is obviously not a healthy thing, but sometimes it just can't be helped.

I only eat one full meal a day, and I have a grueling work out program to keep me slim and trim. But sometimes, that one meal is the only thing on my mind all day long. I eat loads of fruit throughout the day though. xO
