Food = Guilt
Just ate a Belgium waffel, and I am consumed with guilt. Ridiculous, but can't help it! It was nice though. It was still warm, and the chocolate sauce was melting, not to mention the most delicious and soft ice cream...
Discuss how eating relates to guilt.

I used to feel super guilty.
Now that I've lost so much weight, and my anti-anxiety meds make me have no appetite, I actually have to make myself eat. It's a weird change...

I don't ever really feel guilty eating. I do, however, feel guilty buying meat and produce from mistreated animals. I also feel guilty for buying products imported from halfway across the world.

I feel guilty when I over eat, however I also feel guilty when I dont finish all the food on my plate so it's a lose-lose situation if I get too much food.
Kefka's coming, look intimidating!
Have a nice day!!

Ha, I feel guilty when I eat unhealthy foods. Like today, I had an absolutely awful, awful day at work so I stopped at a Timmy Ho's and got some food at the drive thru, which is pretty unlike me. I felt guilty, but I still enjoyed my comfort food.

Also, it depends on my mood. When I feel sad, I feel bad about everything I eat. I had an italian ice earlier as a treat because I'm not feeling well, and I felt so bad and fat eating it, even though I just lost even more weight and wouldn't be messing myself up eating it. Urghhh.

Nope, I don't feel guilty when eating. I also don't feel guilty for sleeping and breathing.
