The only thing that came to my mind was the House of Night series by someone I don't remember, someone and Kristen Cast. I think. I haven't read them all, but I remember it touching on a female vamp + male human relationship. I need to finish reading it XD
Also it's a bit..well, I don't know, most of these are aimed at teenage girls and it can be seen reflected :P
