Yeah, well, Take Two decided to can the 3D Realms team and sue them for losses as a result of the delays. I figure they both want the issue out of the way and to ride on the reputation the game already has to recoup even more.

This pretty much. Something tells me the punchline to a 13-year-long joke can't be all that satisfying.

As a game it would have to be SMURFING LEGENDARY to live up to the "hype" () it's received in it's long, turbulent span of development hell.

Yet, at the same time if it does indeed get released, I plan to be first in line to buy it.
