I pay a lot more attention to hands than feet. Nails must be clean with no dirt embedded in the nail. And they must be cut, or sanded down. No nasty ass stubs either. For my feet I normally just clip and paint my own nails. Aside from cleaning and moisturizing, I don't really do anything special to them. I only get pedicures once in awhile when my soles get rough.
