That's about all I have to work with. Reinstalling it did nothing and I don't want to blindly mess around with stuff in my registry and make it worse. Also, I had a virtual drive which isn't showing up either. Værn is not a happy Værn

Did you install or uninstall any CD/DVD burning software lately? Some of those are pretty good at screwing up the drivers for CD/DVD drives, and it takes a bit of registry hacking to fix, if not a format and reinstall of the whole computer

Problem solved. Somehow turned out to be exactly what you said, even though I haven't installed any new CD/DVD software in nearly a year. Just had to delete a single filter from my registry and it was insta-fixed... hooray for 4-year-old threads on random tech forums for telling me exactly where to look ^_^
(Found it almost instantly when I searched for the code 19 error instead of my drive model :P)
