Also, I'm only okay with perverted comments if I sort of know the person. If some guy on the street says something perverted to me, my reply will have something to do with the violent loss of his dong.

Well, pervy comments can usually make for a very funny conversation. But when it's some nasty, yellow toothed bum on the bus, leaning close and breathing hard while he fondles he crotch, there are some problems. Pervy humor is personally some of my favorite. It's boundless. There are, however, always certain individuals that manage to turn it into something really creepy.
So I suppose I should say, as long as it's not CREEPY and it's in the name of humor, it's perfectly acceptable.

Perverted comments/actions made by random strangers = Bad Bad.
Perverted comments/actions made by friends and people you know = Funny.

Yeah I agree harmless dirty jokes between friends is okay, but not when it's some random creeper on the street. But I have certain friends that I know not to joke around with like that because they don't get that humor or they end up being a lesbian and that's really awkward to repel...-_-
