And yes, having virtually no grow (ps Jiro you bum I swear you're shaving) is very helpful here. I expect Rantz to give up in 6 weeks to two months at the rate he's growing.

The longest I've gone without shaving or trimming is about 4-5 months, I believe. This was like 3 years ago and my beard was massive, but patchy in places. I can't wait to see what it'll be like after a couple months now.

Ok heres some advice from the outsider here lol (Shorty as I said if you accept me having started on the 24th not the 1st I'll be a member of the contest)
Guys, buy yourself some anti-spot soaps. 1 should be exfoliating deep pore cleanser and 1 should be daily facial exfoliating scrub. The reasons? Growing facial hair makes your face retain dirt and grease a lot more. Therefore if you want to grow facial hair it's wise to use these types of soap regulary. Daily scrub can be used 2 - 3 times a day and will help but you should swap it in the morning on a 3 day basis for a wash with the deep pore cleanser (those who have a naturally spotty complextion do this every other day or even every morning) just remember guys, you're drying your skin out with these soaps and so will need to moisturise your skin, one of the best I've found is actually to just use tiny amounts of vaseline petroleum jelly rubbed in well but if you don't like the sound of vaseline then get yourself a nice moisturiser something you're going to have to spend about £6 a tub on minimum. Just remember either buy mens or unscented moisturisers, nothing worse than a lightly perfumed beard.

Why not? We punish him by giving him -10 days of time. So if he starts today, he gets 0 days of time rather than 10.
