It's that season! My favorite season! The season of autumn!
How are you planning to celebrate once the weather cools down into real autumn fashion? I'm so excited to go pumpkin and apple picking soon. I'm researching into the best U-Picks on the island. Also, I'm really anticipating making lots of pie and some hearty soups like pumpkin curry soup and curried lentil soup! Mmmmm!
I really feel like playing Harvest Moon now. XD

Seeing as how I live in breezy, freezing Western New York, I have a kick-ass Fall wardrobe. I love my boots, and my jackets and sweaters and cute hats. Also, this thread reminded me to see if the local Farmer's Market is open on Monday.
oh yeah autumn is awesome. 4 months of rain and cold winds that freeze you to your bones and make your wang look all baby-sized.

I am very excited for autumn, there is a massive heat wave going on here, it's so terrible. The best weather is cold weather, imo.
This year I'll be taking my nephew for his first apple pick, hopefully buy a new jacket and boots, and just go for a lot of walks and take in the awesome smell of dead leaves and chimneys. And then there's Thanksgiving holy smurf yes.
Also, a brewery in a neighbouring province does a limited special pumpkin beer that apparently sells out within a couple hours. I cannot stop thinking about it, would love to get my mitts on a bottle.
As much as I love my spring and summer, fall is my favoriteI've already began buying my long-sleeved tops and pj pants, and I always have Harvest Moon in my DS
I dunno what it is but i love the feeling of getting cold but not like, frigidly so that only comes with fall weather. I love the smells, the colors, and the apples! I love apples. Apple Cider time!
That reminds me, I need to find where my coat is...
Fall/Spring is not bad. Spring is better because it gets warmer, while Fall is 'okay' cuz it gets colder.
That said I particularly like the change in color as the earth spirals into a different orbit and all life on earth dies for 6 months to be reincarnated during spring's trimester.
Summer is without doubt my favorite season, but Fall is definitely a wonderful time too (so is Spring for that matter). Fall means pleasant temps, and beautiful twilights and sunsets.
Fall's okay. It does remind me that I'm going to have to steal some of my brother's Halloween candy and maybe I might go the fair for a turkey leg, sausage, and an elephant ear.
It's not Autumn for three more weeks. Dumb Noo Yoikahs.
