Yeah, High Tension is a really good movie. Funny thing is that when I watched it, by coincidence the last two movies I watched utilised the same twist ( namely: character x is actually an alternate personality of main character y! and when x hurt y it was actually y hurting him/herself!! [ the other movies wereFight Club and Martyrs ]).
