The girl has a point, but I wouldn't go as far to describe every shy, introverted pale skinned teenager as a "selfish, cowardly prick." I'm sure girls don't really want to be treated like dirt by arseholes, but I suppose she's quite right in saying they don't want to be worshipped and put on a pedastal like some sort of unfallable goddess either. That's just creepy.

There's some parts in there that are very true, and there are some parts that are really over-exaggerated.

No, it's cool. I do think the comic is though. I can't remember why. I'm at work so I don't feel like re-reading it and recalling why.

This strip makes a very valid point, but it does go too far. Yeah, the male character is in the wrong to be a boring sack of and then dare to get pissy when the girl didn't just magically fall into his lap. How dare she not show interest in him, for clearly he was just friends with her this entire time because he wanted something more than friendship! Jeez.

But the whole "yeah I totally just love douchebags" thing is way over the line and pisses me off almost as much as the indignant nice guy thing.

That's why it's , Clo, 'cause the girl confirms that she is only interested in Neanderthals, which is ridiculous.
