Yeah, it's Print Screen. If you want it without widgets (eg. chat window etc) then hold Scroll Lock and press Print Screen. It saves to My Documents\My Games\Final Fantasy XIV\screenshots\ - I think! Going by memory here.

EDIT: And yeah, personal chocobos are the best thing ever.
