Woo!

The first episode felt somewhat like standard Dexter. On one hand I was hoping for something really big to happen to follow up on last season, but on the other hand the show kinda needed a "winding down" episode to take things back to level and leave us ready for a new storyline with new conflicts. Standard dramaturgy would probably have this be the last episode of last season, but I like that they switched it up and kept us on edge waiting for this season instead.
