A sexton is a church, congregation or synagogue officer charged with the maintenance of its buildings and/or the surrounding graveyard.
A little odd, since a sexton is a compound word that makes you think of a ton of sex. Instead, it is one who works in a graveyard.

"Leverage". I always misunderstand the meaning of this word, so it often results in violence and a few choice phrases.
