Is light blue the shallow only. I remember this bit, you have to parh your ship on the near by island with choco tracks then take a long route round the shallows, at one point you end up at the southern part of the (is it the) forgotten continent (the continent with oelivert anyway) it is possible, maybe look on youtube for a video.
