1) Zidane - He had a fun personality and cared about people.

2) Auron - (SPOILER)He returned from the dead to set things right in Spira.

3) Chocobo (Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon) - I really enjoyed getting to play a completely different type of hero.
