Mitsuda is making an arranged album of the Xenogears OST
Just like the title says. Mitsuda is making an arranged album of select Xenogears tracks for Square Enix. The interesting tidbit is that the Mitsuda is asking the fans what tracks should be on it and even said he would like English speaking fans to chime in a few favorites as well.
Might have to make a Square Enix account for the Japanese site so I can list my fave tracks. Xenogears is one of my favorite OST's Mitsuda did besides Chrono Trigger.

This is great news! I am surprised that Yasunori Mitsuda is revisiting the Xenogears Original Soundtrack since it has been over ten years since the original release of the game and its soundtrack.
I believe in the power of humanity.
I suppose I'll keep my eyes on this (... n-no pun intended, r-really!), but the only bit of the music I really liked was the intro and its derivatives.
