My wife and I have a boner for buffalo chicken pizza. I think our current favorite is Double Dave's rendition, but recently I've managed to get my home recipe to work quite nicely (1/2 Frank's, 1/2 Ranch for the sauce).
Ultimately it's all about the crust. It's not that I have a huge preference for thick or thin. But whichever it is, it needs to be quality. The toppings, to me, as secondary to the crust being awesome.
