Sprouts.

Brussels Sprouts; what do you think the stigma is? Why do a lot of people dislike these filthy little turd balls of puke?
I had a sprout in a curry once. WAIT HOLD ON I'M NOT FINISHED. I didn't know it was a sprout, okay? It just looked like some little curry ball. It was covered in curry sauce, you see? I put it in my mouth and before I knew what happened - BAM! I was eating a sprout. It wasn't that bad. Tasted like curry.
I have to say though I would not eat a sprout willingly. The taste = bitter and aggressive, which reminds me of my old gran. Not good for food.

SIDE TOPIC: Upon doing my extensive research before making this thread I realised that it is not 'Brussel Sprouts' but 'Brussels Sprouts'. I did not know this.

Steamed sprouts was a childhood treat for me. I eat my greens. Even if they are weird and ugly looking.

honestly haven't had them since I was a kid. I remember hating them because they were so bitter. but my tastes have matured and I'm sure there is some way to prepare them that isn't horrible.
