Alternate Outfits

So we know that everyone is going to get an alternate outfit for Dissidia 012 and we've already confirmed Lightning's three outfits for sure and possibly Cloud's unless they decide to switch out his AC outfit or if the DLC/Code outfits they are both getting doesn't count towards the three outfit limit.

Without getting too far into weird speculation, what are your guesses for the rest of the casts alternate outfits?
Emperor Mateus ~ One more faithfully based off his CG build from Origins.

Onion Knight ~ Ingus' OK outfit and hair.

Cecil ~ After Years outfit

Kain ~ (SPOILER)Hooded Man from After Years

Bartz ~ Outfit based off his SNES sprite

Terra ~ Outfit based off Celes' outfit since I highly doubt they would choose
Celes over Locke unless Kitase meddles.

Kefka ~ They will probably be boring and base it off another Amano piece (he is literally in a different outfit for every piece of artwork he's in), most likely the green one that his sprite seems to be based off.

Sephiroth ~ If they are boring, his KH outfit *shudders* if they want to be risque... Genesis' outfit, if they want to be really interesting, I would love to see Sephiroth in a standard SOLDIER uniform.

Squall ~ if they want to be boring, give him his Balamb Garden Uniform or one of his KH outfits. If they want to be clever, give him Laguna's Outfit.

Ultimecia - Edea's Outfit if only because it's character model isn't a huge stretch from the one Ultimecia already uses.

Zidane and Kuja ~ Just to be really fun, have them switch outfits

Tidus ~ Looking at some of the videos, Tidus has a new outfit in the Full CG video, which looks like his own version of Jecht's outfit. Otherwise give him Shuyin's outfit.

Jecht ~ If I can't have Auron at least let Jecht dress like him.

Shantatto ~ XI Red Mage baby

Gabranth ~ I want his outfit from the ending credits in XII

Cloud's DLC costume is from Kingdom Hearts, and Lightning's DLC costume is Aya Brea's 3rd Birthday default attire (Aya can also wear Lightning's Final Fantasy XIII attire as an alternate outfit in The 3rd Birthday).

Cloud's default outfit has been redesigned to fit the Amano artwork, and Tifa has her classic Final Fantasy VII attire as her default outfit, along with her Advent Children attire as an alternate outfit. I've been waiting a long time to see what Tifa would look like using today's game engine while wearing her classic attire.

According to the wiki, the following alt.s have been confirmed: FFIV DS Cecil, Dark Kain, After Years Golbez, simplified FFVII Sephy, orange/purple CoD, Jecht with Zanarkand Abes pants.

As long as there aren't any alternate outfits like Tidus's where I have to fight ten battles with it before I realize that all they did was make the yellows a little brighter, I'm happy. Even if it's just like "look the cape is blue and not red now."

Oh, my guess was on Celes. Need more female options anyway but she seems like more of a logical choice as secondary goody from the VI. Terra's alternative outfit? No clue, but I'm gonna bet on magitek armor outfit unless they turn her morphing form into a different alternative for the entire fight.

Also, Sephiroth once again got a lame alternate costume. I was hoping SE would do something more daring with him. Hell, except for Golbez and Cloud, I feel the new alternate outfits are a bit underwhelming.

I'm worried about that for other characters as well. I hope SE continues "borrowing" outfits from other games to be DLC alternate outfits. Would love to see WoL wear Loto's armor or Bartz dressed as a main hero from Secret of Mana.

I think Celes or something completely off the wall or most likely a palette swap is going to happen for Terra. The reason why I doubt Celes being chosen is because Locke was the original choice for VI when they were first making the game but Nomura stepped in and made them change it to Terra cause he felt she was more fitting and she happens to be his favorite character from VI.

Side note: I wish they'd do something more interesting with Garland. Apparently he was created for war but was raised in a loving home. Does he always have to be in that armor? And the Warrior of Light... c'mon there are five other outfits he could be wearing.

Agree on Genesis. Sephiroth was never a reg SOLDIER and we've seen enough characters on the SOLDIER catwalk (Cloud, Zack, and Angeal). Side Note: I think they should give Cloud his regular infantry look (unlockable in Ehrgeiz).
