							I would say that Rye is the weird one in this case! The "w" should only be faint and possibly even negligible when saying "dawn". 
You know who has a great call center? Amazon. Friendly, quick, & efficient. Really fantastic customer service on their end. I'm pretty sure they're based in the US though.
