Graphics Design Help Needed!

Bit of a random question, but I am hoping someone will be kind and generous enough to help me! A little while ago I had a signature made for me to use on the forum, because of the simply awsome job done. I am back and asking for your help again.

I was wondering if anyone would mind making me both a logo and a banner, for a personal project I am doing called Thomfoolery Radio. The only design spec I require is a logo of around 300 x 300 pixels and a banner of 640 x 280 pixels, and include the "Thomfoolery Radio" name.

Any other graphics or design styles you wish to use are fine.
