If I buy Rune Factory on the Nintendo DS which one should I get?

I'm asking this because I think I should only get one. You know, since the core gameplay of all three Rune Factory games is probably the same.

I've got 3, and it's way better then 1. My buddy, who has 2 and 3, says 3 is better then 2 as well.

I've only played the first two, but you basically can't go wrong.

I'd imagine the first is ridiculously cheap, I had fun with it, you just gotta learn it's not all about your farm this time.

If the other were better and you just want one perfect one, I would go with NeoCracker's advice and go with 3.
