Because that's what most of their target audience prefer. Were most of them blonde? Blonde hair and a big bust are both signs of fertility, and therefore are considered to be attractive to cavemen. And most guys these days haven't advanced beyond cavemen when it comes to sexual nature. In Roman times, non-blonde whores would wear blonde wigs for this reason as it would lead to an increase of 'sales'.

Oh, yeah, you guys live in America. I agree that collagen and plastic surgery are a bit on the 'yerk' side of pornography. I thought you were talking about girls who are naturally busty and don't need whatever facial surgery they do these days because they're still only about 18-21 and probably naive... which pretty much sums up most page 3 girls in the UK.
