Need in my life to function properly:
Korean - It's my soul food. If I were to choose a last meal, it would be a Korean feast. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing better in the world.
Mexican - I've gone 3 straight days eating carne asada tacos for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to salsa roja. Also love the Tex-Mex, nachos and fajitas. Oh and arroz con pollo!
Italian - Pasta!! Is there anything better? So many types, so many sauces, so many possibilities! My favorite is pappardelle. Mm, and polenta.
American/New American - A little boring sure, but I'm almost never disappointed. I LOVE American food. I could live on burgers and steak.
Enjoy very much:
Thai - Spaghetti kee mao, pad thai, bbq chicken, thai basil is amazing it makes everything taste better. Mmm, and thai iced tea.
French - I'm kind of obsessed with French poulet rôti, roast chicken.
Brazilian BBQ - Don't get to indulge in churrascarias too often since it's so expensive, but when I do, I got NUTS. I love this stuff.
Spanish - Tapas! Paella is one of my most favorite dishes in the whole world. It's so good.
Mediterranean/Greek - Pita bread, hummus, kebabs, greek salad <3
Middle Eastern - Shawarma!!
Hawaiian - Spam musubi to Hawaiian style macaroni salad. I crave this every 3 weeks or so.
Enjoy occasionally
Japanese - I could eat shrimp tempura and udon all day long. Also enjoy sushi to a certain extent.
Chinese - Not a huge fan of authentic Chinese, although I do love Chinese/Korean fusion and fast food Chinese
El Salvadorian - Pupusas! If you've never had pupusas, you must track them down and have some. They're worth it.
Indian - Tikka masala & naan.
Southern - Fried chicken!! Even better when it's fried chicken & waffles!
Cajun/Creole - Jambalaya, yum!
Enjoy rarely
German - There's this great place in LA called Wurstküche and that's pretty much the extent of my experience with German. But it was good!
Ethiopian - Tried it once, it was equal parts yummy and gross.
Peruvian - Tried once, it was ok.
Taiwanese - There's this one Taiwanese style popcorn chicken that I'm addicted to.
Do not enjoy:
Vietnamese - pho, bahn mi, don't like 'em.
Stuff I want to try:
Cuban
Caribbean
Moroccan
Scandinavian (meatballs at Ikea don't count, right?)
