XIII's isn't much better. Big chance you'll find yourself wishing for the ability to control your characters during battles like XII did.

"Hope why the smurf are you healing a character with an almost full hp bar when another is nearly dying?!"

"Snow, why are you drawing the fire of the eneimes AoE attacks next to my main healer who has no HP?"

What's really grating is when your synergist is wasting his turns casting unnecessary buffs on the whole team. Why do my two ravagers need Brave, for instance? Why can't I stop this heinous mismanagement of time and resources? What's even being "played" at this point?

Bottom line: Don't bother, OP. Not worth your time or health.
