My little bro and I got a Wii for Christmas and I was thinking of getting this game. I just have one question - I know there are a bunch of multiplayer options, but can two to four people play on one Wii?

Nope. Each person, whether they have a wii or a ds, in close proximity has to have a copy of the game and connect wirelessly.

But it is a super good game, so I would strongly advise getting a copy for your ds if you have one and a wii copy and a ds copy.
