North is second only to east as a direction. You would do well to learn this, good sir. But you can't deny that it would be hard to orient yourself.

P platers are Provisional Platers! They have restricted licenses because teenagers obviously don't know how to drive. I currently have restrictions on the type of cars I can drive and my blood-alcohol limit and a reduced number of penalty points. The P1 license also has a curfew and passenger limits. Basically, it's the failed attempt to keep people safe.
