Hey guy's whats up?

So recently i've started putting videos up onto my youtube channel- BritishHitProduction - and would really appreciate it if the EOFF community wouldn't mind taking time out of your bust scheduals to take a look, and maybe even subscribe???......

What i'm looking to do is put up short films soon (im a drama and film student) but until i get the money to buy the necesities it will just be parody and pastiches of stuff. so if you just want to have a laugh at british stupidity come take a look.

I HATE Jeremy Kyle. The people who go on it are...I dunno how to describe them. But admittedly, there aresome funny moments in it. Have you seen when that man throws the envelope at Jeremy Kyle.

I didn't think this little clip was too funny, but I'm not a big blooper reel fan. I'm interested to see what sort of short films you create, though. That is more my style. So good luck!

Well i've allready got story boards for two film ideas, the first one a horror (wont go into it too much) and the second a sort of drama, so subb and they will cerianly be put up sooner or later.

Untill i can afford the equipment i will start putting up more films,i only have my college camcorders and Mac's to use atm and they have a limited use, so untill then it will be mainly blooper piss takes

But a time will come were my directing "talents" will be used, thank you for the clips, i shall take a look

No worries, editing existing footage into your own vision is obviously a very important skill, so master that one while you wait for everything else to fall into place.

You probably already know this, but just incase. There are a ton of DIY special effects videos running around on youtube. IndyMogul has created it's own little series about them. Here's an example.

There are also amateur actors who have posted their own demo reals on youtube. Like this one. It might help you find some local, free talent across the pond. Most of these folks just do it for the fun.

Of course your ultimate goal is to create a successful series and get it on babelgum.com. As you probably gathered, I'm a big DIY supporter. Most of it's better than the crap on TV.
