just replayed crisis core, and am wondering if anyone else feels that it is the most emotional and sad, and one of the funniest final fantasy's.
I love the following line:
Genesis: is it good?
The gift of the goddess?
Zack: this apple?

i loooooooooooove Crisis core =D
though i dnt like Genesis that much, not bcaus of his appearence, but bcaus of the way he always talks.... makes him less realistic
^^ time for me too to play crisis core again =D
Zack ftw :3
hahaha xD
cant recall that small part u mention there :P
Ending was genuinely sad, even though we all know what's going to happen. We play the entire game as Zack. How he interacts with our other fond characters and how he mature through the progression of the game. How he deals with subjects like: friendship, war, love, death, etc. Don't know if it's really a spoiler, but I'll tag it anyways: (SPOILER)And then we see his tragic fall when he dies in the cliff overlooking Midgar and gave his life to protect Cloud. They were soo close to thier goal and even with pre-knowledge of his death we still root him on and hope he makes it. it's sad to see a character we've invested soo much time in die like that. For those of us who were too young to play/understand FFVII on release I think SE payed homage to the importance of Aerith's death and showing us how the older generation of gamers felt when one of their beloved characters died.
On a side note: Someone should really move this thread into the Compilation sub-section!
