Especially if it's a wet t-shirt contest.

This isn't the first time I've heard the "giant knockers equals giant knockout" theory. I dunno, though. Everyone's talking massive damage from Tifa, 'cause we see 9999 on her damage when she's all nice and maxed out. What does that even mean though? We have no relevant scale to compare it too. It's a meaningless number. I still say those two would beat the ever-loving out of each other.
