Does any one know is the 'Level Lust' augment grants you more experience if more than one character has it equipped? On a side note - will Cecil still cover critically wounded allies automatically if I remove his (arguably) useless 'Cover' ability?

Regarding Cover: No he will not. Learned that the hard way.
So not quite so useless.
