I used to catch some freaking humongerous bullfrogs at our pond when I was little. They were bigger than your average dinner plate. We weighed one at about 8 or 9 lbs.
It's been a while, but I think it was at least that much.
I can see why people eat fog legs because the legs on these frogs were easily as big as a chicken's.
Also, I can vouch that peacocks can fly. They fly very, very well for their size. It's also easy to sneak up behind them when they do their little tail fan dance.
