I don't know how many people know, but that Arya kill scene was VERY familiar to something in a future book. I'm not really going to say which one, because I know people will start hissing. But I just had to point out that it was taken almost word for word. Seeing her do it this soon is a bit interesting though.

Book spoilerI think you are misremembering. For her book 4 and 5 take place entirely in Braavos and the murders she does there is nothing like the one just shown

Book comment but everyone involved is already dead so not really a spoilerI was worried that the inn scene wouldnt have been as dramatic since the Tickler died in Harrenhal but Im glad at the way it was handled with Polliver in his place

Winds of Winter spoilerIt takes place in the new sample chapter of The Winds of Winter. You can read it on George's website, and she kills someone in the same way, and says the same thing before killing him.
So, no, I am not misremembering.

The scene with Sandor and Arya in the bushes almost felt Monty Python-esque. Loved it.

Also, for book readers, (SPOILER)did any of you catch the Ygritte foreshadowing? Deliberate close-up of her pruning her feather fletches. When Jon finds her body it is by identifying the fletches that he determines it wasn't one of his arrows that killed her.

I really liked this episode, even though (SPOILER)I was a little miffed by the Arya exchange with Polliver being winds of winter troutalmost exactly the same as her exchange with Raff the Sweetling in the Mercy excerpt.

And House Martell, smurf yeah!

Good opening episode! Arya finds so much chemistry with these gruffy characters. First Tywin, now the Hound. I kind of want Arya's storyline to be about her and the Hound traveling the world on a quest of revenge. It was pretty creepy when she smiled while stabbing that guy though.

Also any scene in King's Landing is entertaining. The Wall stuff wasn't bad either.

It must be in the genes. I see her going the same way as her father if she keeps it up. I already had warning signs go off when I heard, "They have a choice; they can live in my new world or die in their old one." Yeah, 'cause that's a choice.
