I do know who done it, but even so it's pretty obvious Tyrion wasn't responsible. He didn't have the chance and he's far too clever to do it in public in front of everyone with the murder weapon in his hand. He would also know that doing it that way might throw some people off for that exact reason - but some people either wouldn't care (like Cersei) or would be smart enough to see through the double-bluff (like Tywin).

Indeed, while the first thing that comes to mind is how much I revile him, I then have to do a double check and remember that he is an actual person, and tip my hat (so to speak) at how amazing he is to provoke such feelings in so many people.
