Actually, that happened at the very end of A Storm of Swords. I'm pretty sure it was the very last chapter before book spoilerthe revelation of Un-Cat.
I stand corrected! I read them all in one go and because that book had (SPOILER)Sansa chapters I remembered it wrongly. If that's the case then christ, Storm of Swords was one hell of an epic book!
Still, the adventures of Brienne and Pod are definitely from Feast.
Yeah, that sounds about right. And yeah, there's a reason Storm is the most highly regarded book in the series. So much epic trout goes down in that book.
I dont like the reasoning they gave for Jamie not to fight (because if he did fight then Cersei would have to chose someone to lose) but I guess they wrote themselves into a corner with him offering to give up the Kings Gaurd.
