I thought the same thing when I read the box. I was too excited to pose for a nerdy picture to notice it before, but the hammer was a thin piece of flexible rubber with the firing mechanism going through the middle of it. This was a truly fail Thor Hammer.
So instead I picked up this bitchin' Identity Disc.
