Members should just use the name they registered with, unless BoB thinks otherwise. He has a staunch policy on name changes, one which is pretty valid.

I don't think that the Newbie Party should be about impersonating me - from the messages I'm getting from various newer members around the forums, the thing that makes them stay is the welcoming community and that involves being accepted as they are. People in this party are entitled to use whatever sigs and avatars they wish - but if that means using mine, I won't stop you! I'll just end up very, very confused. xD But, since other people are sometimes joining other parties because of name changes, I'm cool with people to have temporary name changes during the elections should they so wish it... but I personally believe that you should keep your own name. What's the point in making a name for yourself around this place just to change the name and be back to square one again?

Any sig involving hats is a great sig, though. I am totally all about hats. This is despite me only really having one hat. I don't wear hats very often, but they're neat to look at, and more importantly, it's just very fun to say 'hats'. Such a great word.

This election needs a roving reporter.

I like the motto suggestion by our quasi-member about our party being EoFF's past/present/future. For now, I'll put that up in our first post, however other suggestions are still more than welcome.

Probably too similar to the motto! The motto is apparently to be about the party, while the slogan is to be about our campaign... I've put up something for now about accepting all kinds of hats, which to me symbolises that no matter who you are or how long you've been around, you're accepted here. It also includes hats, which as I may have mentioned, are pretty damned fantastic. But still, I'm definitely open to other suggestions.
