Alright everyone, I've sent out a message to you all asking for positions to be suggested/accepted/etc. If more than one person is going for a certain position then uhm... I'll make the call based on who looks like they have more time on their hands. I'm really hoping for at least two of the positions to be filled by newer members, giving us a nice balance between older and newer generations. This would mean we have both the guidance of older members and the insight of newer members. Let's go!
Positions and the people interested in them are as follows...
Prime Minister: Loony BoB (confirmed)

So those newer members dun hesitate and quickly take up some of the positions avaliable now! Dun worry if you feel you are not up to it, we are all here to help each other!

I've just been made aware that the tasks also need to be completed inside the 36 hours. I'm fighting for this to be changed as I don't think that offers enough time for us to establish who will have what position AND for the people with tasks to complete them. Still, it might not change and with that in mind, if anyone who is interested in one of the position of Minister for the Arts or Minister of Communication could start preparing for their task immediately in the knowledge that they will not have much time, that would be fantastic.
EDIT: The most important position to fill is the Minister for the Arts which requires someone who has played multiple FF games and is willing to write up a little bit on why they think one character is better than the rest. It can be serious or not - you may get more votes for treating it less seriously, so feel free to be creative!
If nobody is willing to do it, then I will do it, however as I already have the Prime Minister position I'm hoping more of you may want to get involved. =]

EDIT: Okay, for the time being - since we are short on time indeed - I am setting it up so that Bert is Minister for Foreign Affairs and YunaTidus, at her request via PM, is Minister of the Arts. Beyond that, Christmas has expressed interest in a position as well but we do still have three up for grabs so I'm really hoping for another newbie or two to get involved.
