I sleep about 6-9 hours a night depending on the situation, I wish I could get a steady 9. That would be great.

You guys are pathetic. I get 6 hours of sleep a night. Maybe 7 if I manage to distract myself enough to be sleepy.

I have been sleeping poorly lately and my neck hurts. So I've changed to one pillow instead of 5

I get an average of 7 hours a night but I always wish I could have more. Used to suffer from bad insomnia but managed to get around that by exercising daily and avoiding caffeine.
