Smashing your Achillies Tendons with a steel truck sometimes loaded with a wooden pallet holding up to 2.5 metric tons in to the back of your heel? Is more than a little painful. Even empty it's enough to buckle your leg in pain with a crap ton of stock it's painful enough to require a sit down for 5/10 mins as you blink away the pain.

I will say though these days in my present job the main injuries like this are caused by empty pump trucks because we tend to stack stock boxes loose on these things or in gray trays. The building is old and the stock passages are tight, too tight in fact for most of our tools we use to move stock these days but widening them reduces shop floor space which goes against the idea of having more space for customers. Sometimes getting in or out of the lift, especially in the basement is a real tight corner and the truck will jam before it eventually drags through, the sudden release of the truck means it will slam forwards it's either over your toes (yay broken toes unless wearing steel caps) or in to the heel of your foot.
