An inactive trying to steer town Day 1's vote goes to you buddy!
In a couple of days, I want ammo when I want to chase a suspect. People's previous votes will then matter. I don't want to look back and sigh, "Man, there's sure a lot of inactives dead..." That is not much use to me, kuma.
