Why did you start logging out in the first place? It sounds like this problem is entirely your own fault.

Remove your mouse. It's much harder to do it by accident when you use the keyboard to navigate!

I actually do need help. I log out when I'm idle for 5 minutes. It's not that bad but it's really annoying.

Yeah, if you don't click remember me, you get logged out if you're idle. If you did click remember me, maybe it's a cookie thing!
