I apologize but for one I have yet to find one person that isn't just annoyed by the constant coverage. I guess people are just happy that for once there's something on the news that isn't about the most recent death or robbery.

I don't typically ever watch television. Anyway why am I even arguing about this? I could go on for hours but there isn't any point if nothing will be resolved.
EDIT: and wait... I could've swore I was justifying peoples love for the royal wedding and the constant coverage of it at the end of my previous post. Did you by any chance miss that?

I for one find it funny how pissy people get over the notion that something admittedly trivial for them but nonetheless not bad news is somehow getting more coverage than the constant barrage of depressing news we have to be told about on a daily basis.

There's not caring and then there's going around telling everyone how RAGE you are over it. The former is fine, the latter just makes you look like a big grump.

I watched the whole thing, and I thought it was very sweet. Also, Kate and her sister are both gorgeous. Meanwhile Beatrice and Eugene, oh God, what the smurf happened there. Finally, it was nice to see the country be allowed to smile for once. For those that did not, don't worry, it only happens around once every thirty years. The wars and disasters, sadly, will probably go on for the rest of our lives.

i havent followed it becaus i had to 'work'.
i saw it afterwards on some other channels and from what i saw it looked a little too mellow.. i expected more :o

the balkony kiss? ... there was no passion at all :o (mostly) from Kate's side it looked like: "im only gonna kiss him now becaus u ppl want to!!"

But besides that.. she had a verry nice dress

That's what I was getting at earlier, besides I never was really pisssy about it to begin with. I may have come off as raging but I wasn't even the least bit upset throughout that pointless argument.
Thanks for clearing this up by delving deeper into what I was talking about. (besides I don't remember mentioning "not caring" for the wedding recently because I know I would be spouting total bullcrap)

I think there was no passion because they are a very private couple. They don't like being in the spotlight. So they weren't gonna go into a full passionate tonguefest infront of millions of people

And that dress was far from simple. The detail on it was incredible! BoB summed it up with the disaster that was Beatrice & Eugenie though xD For once, it was a Royal affair which wasn't frumpy and full of doom and gloom.

I have to say, it amazes me how excited the Americans have gotten over it. You guys seem to care more than we do!

Overall, I'll be proud to have them as King & Queen of England. Especially seeing as, according to one newspaper, the first thing they requested as a newly married couple was a cup of tea ;D
