Makes me so angry that I had to pawn my PS3 for a while.
Xenogears is the tragic story of how your whole life can take a crappy turn, just because you happened to see a lady in a wedding dress before her wedding.

Eh, it's okay I guess. I'm not going to spend $6 for it though.

I'd rather know I own a copy of the game rather than dealing with a network that could potentially strangle-screw me backwards by accident... happily for them the accident would mean I'd have to spend money again, yeah?

I always liked to own a hard copy of games... then I lost $150 worth of PSP games while traveling last summer. Now I see the appeal of digital copies

Whenever I buy a PSP game from PSN I copy the game and .rif to my computer's hard drive so I can swap it out easily. If you want to be extra secure, do that and copy it to a flash drive too! It's unlikely you'd lose both copies at the same time. As long as you have the .rif you don't need to sign into PSN to play. But if you just like the feel of a physical copy, there's nothing wrong with that.

How far are you in this game? I got mad when I got a Game Over at the Ghost temple against Duke and haven't tried it again knowing that I have to do that entire dungeon over. That boss fight is stupid. The game's mechanics for some reason makes me hit those random vases around the stage causing me to injure myself. Duke's hitbox is also offly weird and I have to hit him at very specific moments and I do crap damage to boot.

Do the dungeon all over? I didn't think it was possible to run out of coins since the game is so generous with them xD

But yeah, that's one of the trickier fights. I usually start out by luring him towards stuff that's gonna explode in my face and then move away at just the right time. Once everything's all smashed up I go after him and that seems to work well enough. Also if you haven't been doing this already, always buy the equipment upgrades. They make a huge difference!

Oh. I had in my head the visualization of a PS1/2 disc. I forgot how small PSP disks are. I've never lost any though. I sold $500 worth of games and got $150. I HATE GAMESTOP! I would have used eBay or something else, but it takes too long to get buyers.

I feel dumb as smurf. I could've beaten Duke easier by hitting three times each instead of hitting him once then running away. I was treating him like I was fighting Rod who you can't do that against or he'll counterattack you. The item hitting was still troublesome. Right now Maya's Tower has just appeared. I was wondering what the stone items do in this game. I have a lot of them, but was worried if I sold them I would regret it. The Legendary stuff I presume has some use to it too.

The stones you can sell. The only one that has any use is the dream stone, which can be found in the Hotel room (the one you have to pay for). Sleep in the bed after you get it to have a dream, and then you can sell that too. The legendary items do have a use, so don't sell them!

    EDIT:

Other special items: Brooch, Rare Wine, and some little statue thing can be sold to an NPC for extra money. Red Wine can also be sold to Hobbs for a HUGE discount on stat boosts, and The Last Hero can be given to Rod for a nice Strength boost.
